Yes they are a good pigeon as M and D Evans made them famous in this country

But as for pay days Devo, Gaby doesn't need the money as he is a chartered Accountant during the day

Thats a true fact Don, but you dont get rich thinking you have enough money, its the desire to want more, and more after that. If the market is there go for it, its being there at the right time. You only have too look at football today, how it must hurt the players of the 60s and 70s, who in my eyes were better players. They did play for their club, not their agent.

sorry dev but I think its just greed greed greed ...he is not the only one ,thing is not every bird he breeds will be a super pigeon theirs guys in my area paying thousands for some of the lines you have yourself but why were they sold in the first place if they were breeding the goods ,because they are duffers doing the rounds ...people want there dosh back so they say they got illness or their packing in and sell on.that sort of money for ybs is ludicrous and makes a mockery of what used to be a working mans sport / hobby same with the football but at least its mostly sponsors cash paying their wages ...I have gave away proven breeders to a guy on this site you don't need to pay big money for decent birds if your in a good circle of friends,mind you it would be nice for some of them to breed me a few but you always get takers in life

Daz i can only agree with you on above, Very clever man and maybe it is greed. But he gets the people to set his stall out. The likes of PIPA come in and create a worldwide auction, which is very good PR by them. Before you know it bids start coming in from all over the world, You cant blame the guy for wanting the best price for his brand. Its a very inviting market, and we are not invited, unless you have the cash to bid on this merry go round.
