Pictures of new Loft...

here are some pictures of my new loft, just finished fitting the new nestboxes and layed new bedding, birds settling in nicely....

nice loft daz very smart birds look well in it you must be very happy with the way its turned out the first section is just right for a single mattress if you clear the shelf off when your in the dog house with the missis

looks so good its a shame to put birds in

Same, same Don I just knew when little Alfie decided to take control there & spend his pocket money "Big time" changes would be made etc.

just noticed the wire door Darren same as me would not be without one now have mine on no matter the weather

thanks for the kind comments lads yes the wire doors are a must I have them on every section on every loft I prefer this to having a corridor it means the birds can get direct sunshine a corridor is for the fancier not the birds ...the black pigeons are walter docx and were a gift from my good friend and site member ray peel up in sunderland ...little Alfie put the v-perches in his section last night today the cocncrete shed comes down and alfies hens can go into the loft ready to pair up

Good work Daz, it will soon bring the rewards mate, hope little Alfie is wearing his hard hat.

gonna be a bit of graft dev but the panels from the concrete shed will make steps into the loft ...Alfie will be adopting foremans role as usual

its a section for hens david 8 pairs will have the run of the 2 sections plenty of room that's why I never bothered with bottom vents as the air coming in at roof level will be ample for the amount of birds housed ybs got their own 8x6 loft with flight on the front

Don't forget O/S a section for the Sh*te storage etc to give your poor missus some relief there. Tell Alfie also, the as such reckons his doing a cracking job.

Sunderland daz sunderland. ..south shields I. Ll have you know haha..lovely loft..I had one like that years ago.it was called a kidby loft back then..The birds look well also..good luck

concrete shed is down now and timber sleepers are in just got to top up the gravel and job done ...cant wait to pair up this weekend
