Truth be told Shippy we all like a rich eye to look at  after that etc many people get confused with what they see or nor see I suspect & 2 people as such can read differant things into the same signs they see there. Right or wrong I'm just one of those types that just looks for health issues there & are happy to leave it at that as long as they have a small pupil.

they say a lot besides health can be seen in the eye

I like birds with yellow eyes. Usually in the van Loon type. Blues. Red ones, white eyes. Jannsen type.

the eyes I like best are the ones to first look at you on raceday

I don't see how an eye can denote racing ability or breeding ability.....

I haven't a clue on eyes.just rely on the basket lol

David One can only at times with some of the waffle that is placed before us in pigeons terms with the eye I've found. Who in the greyhound/horse racing industry etc as example would place their faith when buying or breeding in the eye senaro. Not many, if any I suspect. Now !!      I still remember a well respected pigeon eye sign guru talking the talk so to speak       & then I found out he had 500 odd pigeons       to prove his case    . No more needs to be said     I suspect.
