David Lucas

Had a ride out to davids today to drop his auction birds off, thought id let you know david seems to be following the advise we are giving to him taking the bits that will help him, his raceing loft is comming on nicely, and the ideas he has for his stock shed and avery are sound, the kit of younguns he as already for the cooming young bird season look spot on and im sure they will do him proud, i handled the young birds Ian sent david in the exchange look the business, i liked the blue very much, i also handled davids new stock birds he brought in the Janssens, these felt very nice in the hand, and between them they have a number of 1st not only for racing but breeding as well, so im sure these will breed him the goods. Dident take any pics on this visit as it was only a quick one, but i am going back later, so i will do another write up on David showing all the hard work he is putting into his set up but thats for a later date. Thankyou for makeing it a very enjoyable visit,

dont think you will need luck David, seen all birds from south shields full of quality looked after very well, will be up for stock birds ray and ian in 3 weeks done what you both said gave you a good name

thanks for the update ken, was a pleasure as always to see you again.........could have talked for another few hours, but i know you needed to get back home to see to your birds.
the auction birds ken brought me were top quality and im very confident they will do us both proud and do well in the coming yb season.......they are two blues with white flight with the hen having a bit of white on the neck so with the ybs ian sent me i will have a few whiteflights and pieds which is what ive been after for a while......

not bad at moment, just need to be careful bending...........was putting some wood flooring down the other week and all i did was bend down and it went........ old age creeping up i suppose ken.
