Same, same here. Cold & bleak unfortunately etc I was hoping for a nice sunny day/morning, as I'm 5 out from my 60 mile toss yesterday up into the hills here & I've only picked up another one . Being one that always looks on the positive side of life/things my feed bill will be a bit less now .

A canny day here also Ray typical winters day etc      17 degrees odd & . Decided to kill 2 birds with the one stone as such & gave my birds a 20 odd mile toss into a header & while I was down there I loaded up my van with tucker for my chumps. After that I come back & voted in our federal electon type of thing early. Walked into the polling booth & the local labour man rushed up to me shake my hand as if I was an old friend from way back type of thing. Sadly Big mistake as he went straight to the bottom of the pecking order .

I think that time has actually arrived David for me sadly "talking to ones self" as my missus quite often wonders why I have a smile on my face etc & I can be heard & she also can hear voices coming from inside the house as such as if a stranger had arrived unseen .

they say that about me knackered, and im quite a lot younger than you....... ,  my daughter wont go shopping with me because she says I talk to my self all the way round the asda......

probably pigeon related I would think...

I think those 2 days of sun last week were our summer, its been and gone..........

Dull here and a bit nippy surprisingly enough.But all birds have been out in preparation for this week's national from 302 miles (Eastbourne )
