| that's also very painful edgie, can they give you anything for it, I think ive heard of them giving a steriod injection...? |

| had 32 of them in both arms waist of time realy it don't cure it,one day I will have to have knee replacements I suppose but will struggle on in the meantime |

| father in law has had both his knees done ex plumber hulk of a guy but still gets about well after the op says it was a good call to have them done atb with yours edgie |

| my wife got a new knee on tuesday came home today and is managing the stairs no bother unbelievable |

| people I have spoken to regarding new knees give it 60% - 40% against, my specielist said keep my own as long as you can, as regards football that's for big girls , I used to play rugby league but at 64 years young I think that's a little past it don't you ? anyway im off to pubs for some pain killer, and to drown my sorrose my best hen has gone missing ? |

| I don't know why you have been told that there is only a 40% - 60% chance of getting new knees that are good ones.
Years ago my mother had both knees replaced at Leeds general, she was only off her feet for 2 days, then physio and walking around. After a week or so, she was back home and doing great.
Maybe you should see someone else and get a second opinion.
