| One of the things I like about grizzles is you can have a loft full of them and every one can be different, blues and chequers are just that, no variation of colour at all, but like I said the son in law likes them so we do have them and our 6th club was a chequer and we have other chequers that have raced well for us |

When I first had racing pigeons one was a grizzle Hal, bred down from a pigeon called Stranraer Simon who was an almost white grizzle, Kirkpatrick pigeon and was a distance bird, Louis massarella bought it if I remember rightly |
