which do you consider the cleverer pigeon , the sprinter or the distance pigeon ?,i think the distance as it has to find its way home over more terrain and probably on its own . cheers

I think I would agree with that edgie, a distance bird would have more in its head than a sprinter....im not into distance racing , I have mainly sprint pigeons, but do admire a bird that can fly many hours to get home.

I agree but sprint is harder to win as it's so intense. But I do prefer the distance and that's why I am building a new team up to get back into it
