| Apparantll i need vitamin d vitamin b12 and they have found somthing called smooth mucile to do with the nerves as for knees have to get some more x rays |

My Mrs don't do meat and dairy , she,s the only one who has steak and kidney pie from the chippy and only eats the pastry, gives the dog the meat, she has vitamin B12 injection every 3 months |
