its a thankless job mate, and at this time of year people dont help, you all need to pull together and make sure he/she doesnt feel put on

We joined our club for youngbirds last year and this year, missus is secretary, i am press officer, Clock official, ETS official (3 makes in use at club) and marking official Shocked

as far as i know it all just too much doing every think and trying to sort ets and all clocks and it just to much for him but the old sec as done most of the book work and done all the ring count and sales and papper work ... but new one was all for it at time now carnt be arsed ...

i agree with ken phil, a good team who you can rely on and trust to pull their weight is whats needed.........if the man has no help or support no wonder hes finding it hard. really every member who is wanting to fly their birds and is commited to the hobby should be only too willing to give a hand..... even tho im only racing ybs ill still go down to the club sometimes on basketing night and give hand basketing if they need me
