| yes train 8am and 2pm everyday until friday ,laptop is barely a week old top of the range just got it so cant be this |

| got your pm littlehen, trying to get help from forum support..........they said IE (internet explorer i presume) sometimes has problems with the live chat, ive never had any problems tho` |

| i always had internet explorer, but changed to mozilla firefox it works much better with forums |

| i am using internet explorer david but never had a problem before,doesnt really matter to me though as i rarely use it but will be interested to find out whats wrong. |

| some are spyware theyre harmless but can cause small probs, you should on c drive see a folder called cookies, superantispyware is good to keep pc clear of them, im doing a link if anybody wants to download it |
