| Demolition on hold for day or so. So far 9 pigeons back. 2019. Will keep and fly them. |

| Getting there. Bemefits? Physio guy at the weekly hospital session is extremely impressed with shoulder recovery. All due to working on the loft. Hammers wrecking bar etc,. Muscles not co-ordinated yet but getting there. Usual pain as anyone knows who has been injured. Something to live with but getting less. Guy mentioned that some of his older patients just sit all day. No matter. My life. Push forward. Stubborn Brit!  |
