Natural Iron

Think I have a better understanding of why 'iron food/feed won't help.
It is as I last posted.
However a more simpler explanation is that The kidney isn't functioning as it should... hence having I.V treatment starting next week.

Fit and healthy birds need all parts functioning to stay  healthy and fit.
The over fed stuff is not kept but passed through. However if not given / attained then it reacts badly and poorly. Hence a balance diet, and a top up of much other ingredients is a must... a balanced diet.

As a matter of interest let's take Yeast. Yes a much need element to fight of invading cankers. So needed. But the pigeon only needs 0.03%  to be fit and healthy.. Brewers yeast is really a taboo... nigh all is passed through fortunately.
Iron! 0.05%  These and many others needed elements are in most feeds.

If one paces a big mix the pigeons will quickly gobble up what they/ is needed.. So next day feed more of it... and so forth.
Never seen a 15 tone sprinter win a 100 Olympic medal … though maybe muscular and bulky.
Never ever seen a fat winner of a marathon. Skin and bones mostly for the norm.
Likewise pigeons, mean and lean and ready to race!

At Hospital again today. Then the 22nd, then the 27th and 28th. and some in between no doubt along with the doctors. Went last Monday, was good assessment. A heathy wreck lol.

Took the time for a few days away. Went Harrogate. Cairn Hotel. Very good too. £118. But £60 of that was for Breakfasts etc.

Mind I didn't see any. Joyce had to go on her lonesome. Felt Bad Tuesday night. Spent next day in bed sleeping. Yesterday was letting Joyce drive home.

Sorry about your health problems Daz, maybe we should have a competition who visits the doctor or hospital the most.

Had four blood tests in the last month, they now have more of my blood than I have, same as you kidney problem, also on beta blockers for thinning the blood (obviously having to thin it to make up for what they have pinched)

Worried about eye sight and having to have three year test to be able to drive.

Seven weeks ago I had a scan where they watch your heart beat, not got result yet, no doubt still looking for heart my wife says I have not got.

This morning rang surgery because of a bad taste in my mouth, (maybe by thinking about the possibility of a Labour victory) 10.00 am, rang back 11am said could I go to surgery at 10.30, went and got treatment.

The NHS is the best, it is the abuse of that is wrong.

That's it for now Daz, go at 6.15 pm Next Monday for annual blood test results, will keep you informed.

Old age has it's problems but if you do not get old you die young.

My wife has lots of problems, pills. She said this morning "I feel terrible!" Another pain I guess. Thought I heard a voice coming from her body saying "you aint felt nothing yet, wait until tomorow!!"

What happened etc to that rumour on the rumour file I read that life gets better as such as one gets older     .
