| I know many fanciers could not care less about anything as long as it does not stop them from doing what THEY want.
At the meeting of the NER to discuss the propositions put forward for consideration at the RPRA AGM the only ones who were there were the Committee, no one else was interested enough to go and represent their clubs.
So a hand full of old fanciers decided the fate of propositions put forward by the membership to improve the sport for all.
Looking at the results of propositions put forward by the membership to improve the sport not one of any consequence was passed at the RPRA AGM.
Until my proposal of nearly fifty years ago is implemented ( no one can serve on the Council for more than four years) nothing will change, the odd new one that gets onto the Council will be indoctrinated and the same old saga will go on and the sport stagnate as it has done for over 50 years.
Will anyone be bothered to change things, can pigs fly?????.
Regards.

| Every club is aware David that they can send a representative to a Region meeting to vote the way their club has instructed them to.
There has been no effort in the past to ensure they vote the way their club told them to.
I suggested years ago that every vote is registered as a club votes and it is displayed to ensure that there representative voted the way they were told.
No problem to do this very little effort needed.
Only attended one Region meeting, told them the top table were useless and left.
They were well aware if they tried to do anything about it would give me the right to expose them as, liars and fabricators of evidence.
Nothing as far as I am concerned has changed.

| Just gone over the RPRA AGM more fully.
There is a photograph of the top people.
They look like a OLD FOLKS HOME REPRESENTATIVES THEY BEING MEMBERS.
There is no wonder there is no prospect of the sport going forward, they may be good people but in the wrong positions.
I would also bet that some have no pigeon loft nor actually participate in the sport.
Needs a complete overhaul if the sport is to survive, Knackered.
The sad thing is no one appears concerned.

| If any member of any organisation wants to put forward a proposition he/she must put it in writing to his/her club secretary.
The secretary must inform members of such proposal and give the appropriate notice of when the proposition will be voted on at the said meeting.
If the proposition is passed by the organisation the secretary will pass it to the Region secretary, who will follow the same pattern regarding the region committee.
If the region passes it is put forward as a proposition to the RPRA AGM, where irrespective of anything else the OLD BOYS WILL VOTE IN ONLY ON THINGS THAT WILL NOT INTERFERE WITH THEIR LITTE CLIQUE.
As the latest AGM confirms.

| Two rules of the RPRA.
The Council can change any rule providing it gives 28 days notice prior to the meeting.
The very next rule says the Council can only change the grammar and not the meaning of the rule.
Think in the past they have used the former and ignored the latter.
