Dress accordingly Makes no difference down here etc Hal Summer, autumn, winter, spring it's always been shorts for this old tragic here I'm     . & take care.

ive still got my shorts on, wont be back into long trousers until the snow comes ...even the bad weather didnt bother us when we were kids, we wore short trousers all year round ........

Nothing bothered me when I was a kid David, wait until you are 85.

The weather is totally different every year you cannot, as previously, rely on one day being the same as the next.

Just hope you do not get Knee frost.

Could have been a man thing, maybe I suspect Disappointed it wasn't silly old Charles, sending the telegram etc . End of the day thou     the family castle is collapsing maybe I suggest     as it appears Barbados is now spitting the dummy & leaving as such.

the queen cannot go to certain countries in the world, there are arrest warrants out for her ...........

the queen and philip "fell in love" when she was 13 and he was 18 ...........

The Queen has been a stabalising influence without which we may have had a TRUMP in charge and realy had something to moan about.

Just look around the world and the LEADERS ( DICTATORS) and the people who have no say in anything.

If you took a vote throughout the Worlds population and asked which country they would like to live in ours would be in the top few.

The main problem in our country is there are too many idle and irresponsible idiots who want but do not want to give.

a pretty expensive , over paid influence i`d say misty, the richest woman in the world and a benefit recipient, all paid for by the tax payer ........and the rest of the royals too .

give the lesser royals a shovel and set the lazy no goods to work ........

I have a slightly different interpretation of wealth David.

One can ony be in one place at a time, eat and drink so much and choose how much money you have you cannot buy many things.

Happiness, health, satisfaction with life ( see how many with loads of money commit suicide) see the columns in the news papers under deaths, many young but wealthy, others drugged out of their tiny minds etc; wondering what they can do next, you can influence with money if used unwisely or otherwise.

Of course members of any notable family will have the likes of Edward, they are just humans.

But I would not like to have any of the Royals life.

The Queen has done the Nation proud for many years, it is the Nation that has let the Nation down.

One Royal Family in SE Asia is getting booted out. 15 years in jail if you are heard critizing them at present.

The fact is that the Royal Family have no real say in anything.

The elected ( by the majority sytem) make all the rules and laws.

Different proposition to a Ruling Monarchy.

The Arab world being a prime example.

Think, looking around the world, we should count our blessings.

Tend to disagree on that one Misty I'm   to a degree    . Famous episode in history down here called Kerr's curse by many that still remember the tragic episode period in time here from our past unfortunately which your queen was involved in, in a big way, because she had the final say & power back then in throwing our government of the day then out of office here because we were part of the Commonwealth system & she then being leader had the final say on the matter/issue sadly for all us local peasants of the day here back then. End of the day thou     more good than bad from my perspective with our Queen         on average. But then I'm  once sadly silly old Charles steps up to the plate as such as our leader       I will be about ready to jump of a cliff I suspect    .
