Regards. yes i agree misty, the thing that makes me angry is we pay car excise licence to the DVLA , yet they pay nothing towards the upkeep of our roads ........its local councils / highways dept who maintain them from tax on petrol and taxes . "road tax" / excise licence money is just another government tax we pay them , and nothing to do with maintaining our roads . |
