| Just turned this one up when looking for something else.
The crowds there are nothing like today, all seem to dress the same, today anything goes.
The church at the top is St Marys, the different headland to the left is because a block of flats were built in front.
Have walked nearly every part including castle many times.
Can be out on the moors in ten minutes, fishing sea and course along with fly within almost walking distance.
Just one thing wrong, too many visitors.
Selfish ?????. |

| yes misty, people took pride in their appearence them days, all the women nicely dressed with their long dresses and hats, and the men with hats and suits etc....all smartly turned out .
not like todays lot with jeans hanging halfway down their back side, and rips in the knees etc etc .......
shows how society has gone down hill .....and morals have declined . |

| Typical examples of visitors.
They complain when a seagull steals their fish and chips and says we should control them, we have taken all their food from the sea and trned them into scavengers. What do the idiots think they are going to find at the sea side lions and tigers.
In Peas Holme Park a real buetiful place a number of old dears some with walking frames etc; used to feed a flock of townies every day, summer and winter, their ownly bit of pleasure.
A toffee nose idiot who only only visited once in a blue moon complained that she would not come again because the pigeons droppings had spoiled the Band Stand roof.
The droppongs were actually from the sea gulls.
The Council had all the pigeons culled.
I and many others also used to feed them and no doubt one or too stock birds came about as a rsult.
Fortunately the pigeons are making a come back.
As for sea gulls, we have two on our roof every day, it's the sea side not the jungle.

| Could not agree more David.
Open any newspaper, full of filth.
Read the antics of so called humans in the criminal cases.
Lack of respect for both people and property abounds.
There has always been problems with humans but I thnk we have just about reached a limit.
Regards. |
