| kicked off again last night ,not on the same level as the other night though ...seems the police were better prepaired this time...i am always of the mindset that if you have nothing to hide from the police then what ya worried about ,its the ones breaking the law who seem to have the most issue with it ,we need stricter rules the ones we have are not being taken notice of ...bristol city centre has been shut off to workers and shoppers many times due to protesting about all and sundry you will have hundreds of local students ready for any knees up/gathering under the umbrella of "protest" then the trouble makers who goad when they have had a few |

The biggest myth, for sure, is that the Magna Carta' is / was for the 'Common folks'. Simple, it's not! It was dictated and enforced via the wealthy I.e barons and higher hieracky. Never has, nor ever will be a realism of betterment for the working class / self. Was never intended to be so either. |

| yes daz some king far back in history implimented it, it guarantees the rights of individuals, the right to justice and the right to a fair trial. parts still exist today, which cannot be removed, and in some instances over rules contract law and acts and statute "laws" , but those using it need to know it inside out to cancel out the fraud and corruption that runs through our justice system and government
everything we do is a contract, and by consent ........

| Yes, true what you say David. Yet missing the two most valuable points. It wasn't ever meant for the self, but the wealthy and Rich. Secondarily the 'Rulings' then as now can't and never will be applied, or of use to the working / common man. We have never, nor will ever gain a dot of sweat even, via King John's enforcement to abide by the wealthy rich of that time. Likewise today I know... nigh said fear, but of course that is, and would be an irrelevancy. |

| Trouble is David you can have laws and statutes that are idea and fair to all but if they are not administered in the intended manner and taken over by corrupt individuals they become of no consequence with regard to fairness etc;
That is what is happening in our case and has been for a long time.
Cases of corruption amongst our so called leaders etc; is evidencedĀ daily when they are in the news constantly and they are the tip of the iceburg.
Humans are unable to devise a means of government that will satisfy everyone.
Never haveĀ done nor ever will.
Regards. |
