Blackpool guaranteed to be better than last year, it was a flop, only bird flu will put a spanner in the works. Fingers crossed it's a great weekend. New show planned for February being held in Peterborough. Not sure how this will do, too near Blackpool for us.

yes it does seem a little too near blackpool colin but doncaster was only a couple of months away too ........, i think pigeon fanciers will be getting into the swing of it now after the last couple of years through covid restrictions, i also recon it will be better than the last couple of years, maybe just the money situation could be a problem to some people .

If you go to Blackpool as a couple fri-sun you need about £400 before you even buy anything in the show, be about £200 just for BB and the travel alone, not everyone can find this a few weeks after Christmas. No such thing as a cheap weekend away these days .

| Appears some have been having a good time at the shows.
But cannot understand how it can be called a show, with no shows.
I think Blackpool takes some beating for all round pigeon sport.
It caters for ALL pigeon activities if you had the money you could set up completely for everything necessary to participate.
Agree money will play a major part this next show, people in worst possible financial position for years and far less fanciers.
Regards.

I guess I see it as a trade show, by definition: "Trade shows are a great way to generate leads and find prospective buyers for your products or services".
