anyone on hear going to the dome on sunday.

is no one going then, or are we all waiting to see how much snow there will be ?.

david if this weather sets in i wont be going too, i dont need anything and it is not the best or bigest show around anyway?.

did you go to the blackpool show edgie ? i didnt manage to get there this year as i was one of those who thought the snow would be too bad, as it turned out it wasnt as bad as expected so i missed a good day out........i did however manage to get there last year for the first time, and loved every minute of my visit, there was so much pigeons related items and pigeons to look at i could have spent hours more there just looking round.......hope to be going next season tho`.

yes david i did go to blackpool as i do every year, but believe me it was crap, the year before was not good either, in fact it has been reducing in size every year, i am talking about the actual show inside the winter gardens, as for all the sales that go on around blackpool, i keep well away, as all i can say is that the birds on offer have been bred for selling or they are cast off birds that are no bloody good anyway, the unfortunate thing is that is what we got and it is going to get worse?, as i see things at the moment i cant see me going again, the whole place is becoming a rip off.

just had a phone call from my son, says he would like to go to the dome on sunday, so i shall definatly be going now, as i dont live with my son the time i shall have with him will be very welcomed, i have not seen him for a few weeks, so a bit of snow is not going to come between us thats for sure.

hope you enjoy the day edgie, dont be tempted to buy pigeons.....

been up early this morning, weather is very cold east wind but very dry, been out with the dogs, fed and waterd the birds, got a big fire going for my little widow hen (still in bed) going to pick up my son now then onto dony dome for a couple of hours.

just got back from the dome show, i suppose they do what they can but it was not very good in my view, the pigeons on offer were of very poor quality indeed,most of the y/birds were too old to be sold, and had they been in my loft then i am afraid they would have gone in the bin, at least i had some quality time with my son.
