yes he knows where he is best looked after, glad to hear he is back and safe and warm ..... they all deserve a warm place to sleep .

Absolutely miserable down here today I'm also. More folk getting around in boats than cars type thing .

Been ice and snow all day on and off.

Having car back took my wife out for a meal, she is not fully mobile on her own
yet, entered the usual hotel car park and it was like a ice rink.

Took us by suprise as the roads were not bad but decided to go elsewhere and had one ???? of a job getting out.

car was frozen solid this morning, i couldnt get into it ....... eventually got in the back door and climbed over to the front, started the car and let it warm up a bit, eventually set off to the corn shop .

for first  time could not break the ice had to take drinkers inside

looks like light snow now

all my drinkers were frozen today, coldest day so far i reckon ......... 0c now , heating on for a while to warm the house up .

1C here, snow during the night, not too deep, hopefully should clear if it doesnt snow again ........water in loft not frozen today .

Car frozen not bothering with it today.

Footpaths death traps

Do not know how some Councils are bancrupt it an't because they spend any on roads or footpaths when needed.

bitter cold, grey and some more snow, only the main roads are being gritted, back roads and streets are ice rinks. Never seen a gritter out this weekend, no value in paying council tax here.
