yes david have tried this before

maybe some members might prefer it, i dont personally because i like to see what topics are active while im on the chat.

i totally agree, were all a friendly bunch, i think the chat box makes it a bit more personal when your talking to someone,

yes cannot get on, thats the only thing wrong with it david , it a pity we could say have a page with say maybe 4 conversations going on so you could jump from one to another if you know what i mean

yes, i put the background on with a pic of some of my ybs..............one of them did well for ken racing and also bred a 1st prize winner paired to one of his own birds.

so do we all but really its not for talking on ,thats what the chat is for , like i said before someone might start a topic about a certain thaing then its drifts from that topic and if someone wants imformation on some certain thing the whole topic has been changed and they mihht have to go back a few pages to find out something...who wants to do that, so really if the topic is ybs say it should stay on that topic...the only thing we could do if people want to talk , maybe stay on one like general dissussions or make a new one . maybe just genaral chat or something

ray, there is a section for "non pigeon chat" which members can talk about anything which doesnt effect a topic in any other section..............as its been said before, our topics always change to something else by the time half a dozen posts have been made, but as the site only has me to "police" it its hard to be constantly moving inapropriate posts or constantly telling members to stick to topic............big sites are always moving posts and on members backs over changing the subject but it just gets members backs up being told off all the time.

this is one reason why our site is friendly, because members can do and say more or less what they want....without constant censorship.
