| this brings up the subject of do we break our widowhood cocks down or not...? do members feed depurative at the begging of the wek and build up towards the end of the week, or simply feed full food all week regardless...??? |

| dont know really darren, i thought the reason behind breaking the down was so they didnt fly round the house for hours at the begging of the week..........and the build up towards the end of the week was to get them to peak ready for saturday........ this year i`ll be using the vanroebys widowhood mix for old and young birds, also using the super diet. |

i thought the whole point of a widowhood cock was to be bouncing and buzzing. |

| think it is bazzio, but maybe they need to peak on saturdays.... i know when widowhood cocks are fit they are clapping off every two minutes and dont keep still............but when in the loft they need to be kept calm to conserve themselves for the weekend, thats why some fanciers have blinds to stop the cocks seeing whats going on outside the loft and disturbing them,............. |
