hi guys my ybs wont be ready for the first and second yb race.but i can get the ready for the 3rd race that is 109 miles to me.i cant keep every birds i have so i trying to get them ready for the 109,has anyone done this and what was the result,i got a friend in the usa he say the always start ybs at 100 mile he always joke with me and say us brits are to soft with the birds lol,any thoughts would be good

hi mate well last yb season my ybs entered the 3rd race as i had yb sickness they were trained to 35 miles beforehand and they came very well the distance was 76 miles a bit shorter i know anyway picked up a red card and would have been third also but for someone else,s mistake and only sent 6 birds, i think alot of rubbish has been sorted out by the 3rd race anyway.good luck for the season ahead mate

when i first started racing y/b first race was 98 miles birds trained to around 35 miles with other members birds cant think of any problems

thanks mate the same reason for my birds not being ready i had 13 die of this but i got 26 that i can get ready for the 109 mile race and i will just hope for th best lol
