Somerset oneloft

I heard a Mr Jack Martin of Essex for having the 1st and only bird back from the Somerset one loft race. What happens now to the prize monies as didnt the race finish on Monday night ?

If Mr Martin or any body had a bird back now tues or wednes it would make no difference as the race closed monday night, but if the bird was back on monday I dont no what would happen, I would think if it came back the monday he would have had all the money, their is nothing on the site about it

i know Ginge but have seen on another site and the guy was sayin he had the bird back mate

He may well have the bird back but when thats what counts

it came back today apparently mate

If you was raceing Bergerac and the bird came back after a week would you think you won the race, you might have the 1st bird back but you have not won the race

if it hasnt come home by monday the race is finished and no payout !!!!!!!!

on the 14th they said the race was still open for 7days that takes it up to today martin&watts have the bird

i know he aint won no money but just sayin theres a bird home cors the race is finished so he aint goin to win it is he

if thats the case they should win the money rainbow, im sure i read somewhere it was until monday tho...........

same here david thats what i read too

not sure. they were still hopeing for a bird and seem very clear that the race was still open for 7 days i take it no matter what there would be a winner

its been a strange going on hasnt it, but by what ive been reading there might not be so many eager to join it next season.............

strange no news that all today ,you would have thought they would have had the bird verify and the news out

We had the first bird back from Belgium today and he was in good order, if only they could talk !!! it belonged to Martin & Watts, lets hope more drop in . !!!

still no result on there site, could it be they could not take the race legally from 4 days to 7 before first consulting the members

All prize money has been sheared out between the 285 birds that went, and pool money sent back

did not know that ginger is there a bird home and is it the winner? they did say the race was open for 7days

yes i did read there was a bird home, but if they have shared the money out it must have come home after the race was closed, ( this is my opinion)
