Thats what I was checking my distances with last week.

i think its quite accurate as well i imagine if you had the post code of the liberation site then you should be able to work it out exactly as it goes into decimals

you can get them from rpra website

we are on allotments we have no postcode so what do we do

im not rely sure unless your allotment is in the middle of no where then the road its on will have a post code

very good though,it will give us a rough idea

just figured out you can add your self if you just type in anything in the first box and it will say place X is not on our sys and give you an option and then you can zoom in on the google map and add your loft on there try typing in your loft number


i actually think that would be more accurate than a post code because you are pin pointing the exact location of your loft rather then a generic post code the the full street has

yes but this cant be the same distance for everyone on the allotments got to be within a couple of hundred yards so not that accurate

it works with longitude and latitude as well so put that in the first box

it works like we have on here to see where people are log on in the world its not very good i think
it tell me im in frome in somerset when im in wellington about 35 miles away .

says my pub is 6 miles from me but its only 500 yards lol

when you use the longitude and latitude its pretty spot on

think the one on here uses our ip addresses which only give you a rough idea of where that computer is located but in most cases not an exact location
