good to hear gary, how many are grouping now...?

About 22 of them, it's a lovely sight just watching them circling extremely high. Ive still got another 19 just tippling around the loft.

YOUR RIGHT IT IS A NICE SIGHT SEEING THEM BUNCHING LIKE THAT, MY FULL TEAM OF 11 ARE FLYING LESS NOW BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO DO WHEN THEY ARE WELL INTO THE MOULT, ONCE THEY COME OFF THE DARK I KNOW THEY WILL BE DOING 2 HOURS WITHIN A COPLE OF WEEKS.......

A lot of mine are moulting now, but with the light it's a weird sort of moult, it's just a gradual process. But they are looking good.
I can't wait to get training them, I'm quite confident with this team, I think I am in for a few surprises.
I've got few more in the nest now, but they are going for stock at the allotment.

bet you cant wait for the yb season gary, whens it start ? did you join the local club ?

July, this bloke hasn't got back to me, he has either forgot or is on a long holiday, I'm gonna ring him after tea.
There's a couple of open races, that I wouldn't mind having a go at.

Another wet start to the day.

same here mate hope it gets better so i can let the ybs out

nice and sunny here bit windy but dry for how long i dont know have a good day all

Still overcast here but dry with a slight breeze.

dry, but grey skies and windy today, looks like it might rain too......hope it calms down by dinner time so ybs can go out.

same here david rain and more rain . i think were the only ones going ahead with basketing . theres alot put it off for 24 hours . and were at consett this week 205 miles east noth east winds very hard race . am not sending my late breds as they have been in every race . so will hold them back now

i think thats wise gary, no point throwing them away as theres still plenty of races yet isnt there........im sure the weather should come better soon, nearly every race so far this season has been in bad weather.

hope they hold them till sunday . theres no rain on sunday at race point all the way home. at race point on saterday theres heavy rain in the morning at 7 and at 10 light rain . will still send 25

24 away kept late breds back north east winds 14 miles hour gusting to 19 wind right on there nose all the way home. tuff tuff 200 mile race . if he lets them up . will be a 6 hour race for the first ones i would say .

we are basketing sunday for a monday liberation from wetherby 190 miles and i will be sending the musketeers lol just sending 3 the rest i am keeping back to have a tilt at the yearling classic from ripon after a prep comeback race atb to all sending tomorrow
