morning all dark and damp here going to sort the birds out

feed me own gut get a paper then wait for the football

no g , at work on fri morn all i did was bend down to pick some paper up to put in the bin
god it was gut wrenching pain but im on pain killers and anti inflamaterys (spelling) but the pain killers work
but they make me feel sick all the time .

have you got t.e.n.s machine kev you know them little things ya put on yer hip with electrodes brilliant they are mrs got one which i have used sometimes works a treat you buy them in a chemist or online they start at £20 up realy good for back pain .......if it gets a regular occurence

i know what you mean daz thanks for the advice , you don,t realise how much you can,t do when your back goes got 101 things to do but have been put on the back burner for now .

i know its frustrating m8 and some of them pain killers knock ya for six

fine enough day here today, no rain or wind and even the nieghbours out washing his car...............off to club meeting in about 30 mins to collect my rings.


sorry to heaqr about the back kev, i suffer from a bad back and ive found nothing takes it off, the pain killers might sometimes take the edge off it but in my opinion theres nothing you can do.........once you have a bad back anything can start it off, i once sneezed and my back went.

hope it gets right soon kev.

its nice over here very calm and still with broken cloud very mild for this time of year even the Daffodill shoots are startin to pop up

dont do it ray, its your fault its fat............ its not the birds fault.

fine here today, skys are a bit grey and been drizzling over night, but as others have said its mild for the time of year..........and good pairing up weather

dry but overcast here ......going to pe-pair the birds today and pair up my stock birds today
