| opened a new bag of versele laga breeding mix today, seems a lot of maize in it.......not like the previous bag which had more variety of corn/seeds. i will have to go the corn shop tomorrow to get something to mix in with it, any suggestions of what i need....? they seem to be picking through it and leaving the maize...... |

| Av u looked @Gem corn its top qualitey our local corn shop is selling it we will be racing on it this season and we have reared our young birds on it. |

| hi v/reet man, no never used gem corn.....is it expensive ? last year i used vanrobys breeding mix and liked it, i cant seem to get hold of any this year though. |

| O K David-- maybe fix your feeders with a 2 inch hole they have to peck thru. Then when they throw feed--it does not get out of the feeder. They have to eat only what they can get. AFTER they pick what they want. |

| did think about only giving one oz at a time, wait while they eat it then give more if they want it......... |

It is £11 a bag up to £13/14 a bag we were using vanroabys but changed to Gem see how we race this season on it. |
