when they grow in the wild get a bag full you know when there ripe the birds have a feeding frenzie on them

then mash um up and squeeze out the juice you will need quite a few put them in

a fine cloth or stocking to strain them then get a ice cube tray fill um freeze um

then use 1 per drinker when you want them ok lot of messing but you cant beet

fresh and the birds know best

not realy but a lot use it now days weather it dose do as it says on the tin i have no proof but it sure wont harm um millians of wild birds cant be wrong

i use pure black grapefruit juice now and again cus of its antioxidants also a good booster but again jmo ive no real proof but it wont harm them

but i can say for sure the marmite dose give um real soft feathers if anyone has
a dog whos coat isnt shining add some marmite to its feed and within 10 days it will shine like shoe polish
