What member use Epsom-salts why and how much and how regular do you use it ???

I do Rene, i use 2 teaspoons in a litre of water on the day after they return from a race during the season, or on sundays when not racing

What are the benifits from using it mate ?

it flushes them out, helps stop them picking up crap in the crates.

we use it proberley twice a year here on the race birds ;it brings a sparkle to there eye;
