if you look at the feeding methords and some of the potions given long ago we have used garlic for a few years but long ago the old fanciers used to put a garlic onion in the drinker
look at the feeding it used to be beans and maples but 50 year ago i new a fancier who only fed wheat and the big dog tooth maize and every one used to say never see him after 100mls but quite the opisite he destroyed all opision but must say his y/bs where bare faced buggers more food for thought

Here are Seanl what about placing a 6 inch rusty nail in the water fountain for added iron all the top fanciers used this method

You could always see the rust stain in there fountain if the nail had been removed

Also read an article about chris gordon the distance ace he believes in barley big time then add racing mix few weeks before the main races study study study
