hi what do you think iam trying to get my seven year old daughters school into the pigeons have taking photos for her to take to school of eggs hatching and youngbirds also when they are bigger , also in the spring iam going to take pigeons in to show them and liberate them in school yard my thinking is if only one was to pick the sport up in a few years to come then i have not wasted my time , not many people know that this sportstill exists , and how complicated it is,

I think it's a great idea Ian, I've done it before when my kids were at school, the kids are very attentive, and as you say if one takes up the sport, it will be terrific

It s a great idea Ian. If you could allocate say 5 birds to the school. Give them the ring numbers and let the kids in your daughters class name them. She could give them a update on their progress. The teacher could get the kids to make a race chart and mark of the results of the birds. Should help to keep them interested for the whole season.
