wow a fast race indeed much quicker than anticipated we clocked one after 88 minutes a hen sent with a bit of jealousy in her mind lol it was a 100 mile race we got 8 out of 9 so far

Great news Daz but a fast race is always the same mate if the bird misses the loft and has one turn then you have had it but there is always next week mate

thanks don ...we had the last hen turn in this morning ...its a miracle how she made it ...she been very badly hawked and don't think she will make it

Has anyone got birds in france today we are at Lamballe but no lib at the moment overcast at the moment and it dont look like its going to clear

well what a weekend that was , how come racing from france a load
lib and a load don,t lib some saying the wind is to strong from the east , some say it full cloud cover and fog , we were racing from tours with the west of england south rd combine
we went at 6.15 in a strong NE wind gusting up to 25mph in the channel i sent 2 and im still waiting as usual the leaders do the times you expect but a lot are missing so another long weekend waiting for birds .

I have just herd that the birds are held at Niort ours are held at Lamballe and update at 1 oclock

We raced yesterday from Fougeres 380,miles we were libbed @6.30 there were only 5,day birds and a few today we sent 3,still waiting but thats channel racing for you but the North west combine were @ Carentan and they held over saying it were misty and cloudy in the channel and they have held them today so it makes you think were it bad in the channel.

Not a good race for me today from Lamballe lib at 1 40 my first and up to now the only one Iv had at 5 01 45 I would say not good out of 11 birds sent

ive not seen a feather Ginger A Philips had 1 around 5.20 and leggy 1 about 6.15 thats all the ones ive heard of

I havent had any more and not herd of any going down the club let you no what happens
