RUBBISH today lads,5 hens away and as yet nothing back for us,totally rubbish to be honest but these things happen.always sunday lol...

you'll not be the only one with nowt back ray, this is a funny racepoint, pigeons that have done Bourges get lost from Clermont. Seems theres winning birds between 3:30 and 4:30 then they stopped coming.
Good luck for rest of weekend, if your hens got into UK hopefully they'll show up.

thanks colin,i think i,ll be on the look out for some good distance birds .then again 3 of these hens had scored,not their day today

Just like to say here in dorset been a strong N E wind all day. Would take a very good bird to slog through that all day so do not be to hard on yourself mr P. ps do not post much but love to keep an eye on whats going on with the birds. Hope everyones next one is a good one.

at least ya got her mate hope the others aint to far behind for you mate ya still got a good bird there to slog it all the way up to you

shes shown she was good enough to fly for so many hours thats agood thing ray maybe just not her day but she stuck it out its been very hot today well done

shes the hen i got from lillers,who was 3rd fed plus 2 4ths this season amonst others cards shes had.i,m really pleased shes back,that might be her finished for the season i,ll see

i know i said rubbish today but really i cannot blame any birds today,not in these conditions.its been really hot as we all know and i think any bird to get back today has done well to be honest.

7.00 loft full of rubbish etc (none home) 7.40 she's a good little hen Typical pigeon flyer Ray, she is a good little hen thou to battled all day to get home for you, on what appears to have been a hard day. These type of pigeons are worth there weight in gold in my view so give her an extra pea from me. For showing some guts & determination.

yup she's a good un alright when the going gets tough and all that ....

the reason i said shes a good hen is because shes had 1 win 1 3rd and 3 4ths and shes always done well in the fed.plus any bird to get back yesterday in those conditions has done well

could she do bourges ray?

you dont know ray, if shes 3rd fed lillers and made it back from clermont on a hard race, it only takes favourable wind conditions and she could do bourges, only my opinion though, did my dad ring you ray? good luck tomorrow by the way.

Ray this hen is a credit to byou and your brother mate and just shows the quality this hen has

So if it was me i would say watch this space for next year mate
