sorry for the missing birds correction gutted but out my hands so sad to see empty perches these missing birds are not duffers and are all healthy Graham, always difficult with these type of races such as yours etc, when birds from many differant lofts come together in the one loft. One can have the best of intentions with the management/training one could say. Sadly thou, history tell's us you took on a very difficult task & know fault what so ever as far as I'm concerned should be placed on your shoulders what ever the outcome. I concur when you say they were not duffers & all appeared to be on the healthy side etc. I believe that there is much that the eye cannot see unfortunately when one finds himself in your position in such a race. This is based on the history of the South african race as an example, where the best of the best come together so to speak & yet !!!! very few people could say, it's record is a proud one as far as the losses go. ***** |

| I know the time and effort you put in and all you did in preparation so you will be gutted. Thing is we all know you couldn't have done more. I'm sure what you get down the road racing will do you (and the owners) proud. |

not trained now since friday and today is looking out of the question as well thick fog good call mate no need to rush them they had a few tough weeks no argument from me many people will keep going to the well with them but more haste less speed is the key to good yb racing in my eyes if they not got the hang of the job yet keep them training dont rush them .. |

| this is the training point at 20 milles as you can see there is nothing the birds can hit its all open land its clear the bops just hit them and they gone to ground its sickning this is seans bird it also has about 10 stitches round its neck having lost a loy of blood but shown a lot off guts so get back and dispite all that he loooks as happy as owt in his bowl with his hen |
