Anybody have any dealings with this company, I've heard some good things , but I've also heard some really bad things about them, so before I order I'd like to know your thoughts please

never used them lofty, but like you, ive also heard good things about them........

I have dealt with them a few time. In fact just Yesterday - I spoke to Christine at Pallatts to give her yet another order.

She is very helpful and normally on the case. I have had only GOOD transactions with them and have not heard any negative things about them yet. What did you hear?

For me - Their prices are right and up to now, their service has been first class, so I would recommend them.

I trust this gives you a bit more confidence in this company.

I had heard that orders were not sent, phone calls not answered and people waiting weeks for their money to be returned, but it seems like they're a decent company to deal with so I'll go ahead with my order, thanks guys.

i think this was when they first went big lofty and sold a lot more than expected

Ordered yesterday at 2pm, delivered today at noon, can't fault that for service , thanks guys, and well done pallats
