its friday again

its Friday again, birds out 6am had there exercise now there having a bath and relaxing on the grass I shall leave them like that till 9am, they are happy and content, I shall then get them in and feed them,they will be ready for to go to the race point at 4pm, this week will be interesting as I have 3 pairs sitting tight and 1 pair just hatched there eggs over night the hen is as keen as mustard,so will be sending her and leave the cock at home now till later,we are at Salisbury around 170 miles forcast looks good with westerly winds,fingers crossed we can pull it off, I shall get to see the birds come home tomorrow as the driver is back I may take the birds again if he wants a night off we should all do our bit

A lot going on in the loft it appears Steve . Lets hope it just fires them all up etc come Saturday for you . My loft here at the moment is full of kinling enough to start my fires for a month if I was desperate. One pair are about 4 inches of the ground & getting higher every day with all the twigs they are bringing into the loft for there nest. 2 races for me this weekend here from 225 miles I hope we dont have a mass liberation with the other fed there as they are going 225 miles north etc  & mine are going 225 miles south ???     hopefully.

Everything in my loft will be going even those sitting mmmm old birds are on eggs so ybs will get the hatching eggs when ready
