| I use rape seed myself , as linseed can get stuck in the throat |

| parted mine Saturday steve ....I just use conditioner and a mix with a bit more protein added just a bit extra not too much |

| may part them tomorrow ,after I have been to dentice with wife , she is having a tooth pulled (ouch) . |
