Yes I am going to be, putting up two 12 foot x 9 foot lofts. We find ourselves in a very difficult position right now. As most of you know, we used to live in France, we were there for over 10 years. We still have a small cottage there with 3.5 acres of grass land in small-ish paddocks. We have had it on the market for some time as we want to move back to the UK asap. I also received an emergence Liver Transplant at Rennes hospital in 2010 when we lived in France. For a few months now we have been living in Gloucestershire at my wife's Dad's house after he died earlier this year. We were hoping to sell our property in France quickly and maybe buy Dad's house from the estate. BUT - it has been harder to sell our property, than we thought it would be, even though it is really cheap as we dropped the price 35 thousand, to get a quick sale. So it looks like we are going to have to mover back to Frog-land at least for the duration of next years pigeons racing season. We need to be in France to keep the place looking as nice as it is right now and to get a buyer for it. So we have decided to move back over there, race with the French pigeon racing association and see what happens. It's a bit crap really as we had allsorts of plans for being back here full time as from now. But s..t happens and we have to work with what we have and not what we would like! So if any of you guys know a haulier that would be willing to take 2 x 12 foot lofts to France for us - OR if anyone would like to buy a wonderful cottage with lots of space around it, please let me know. Phil p.s. I will still be posting on here as much as I did - if that is OK with you guys. |

That's on my wish list to visit France We have plenty of space here for campers, caravans and tents. We could also provide meals for a small fee. ANY of you are Most Welcome any time of year. Just let us know. If you like - why not organise a mini bus trip to come and see us - that would be a 'Loft Visit' with a difference. Phil (and his other half) |

Don't worry about a Geordie dialect - I can't understand half of what these Froglanders say and we have been here over 12 years. French is bad enough, but Breton (the local dialect) is impossible! But anyway - we have a lovely little English bubble here, and no one effects us unless we want it. Phil |

| minimum 14ft, possibly a couple of foot more if I can squeeze it in the space I have available, x 8ft which will incorporate a 2 ft corridor. |

| I have spent the last 2/3 days making wooden walkways to and between each loft. We have three lofts already and will have to build a racing loft in the next 2 months.
Now it looks like we will be here in frogland for the beginning of the 2017 season, I can concentrate a bit more on getting things like I want them.
We have a stock loft that has the Stock Cocks in. A new loft and storage area, which has 2 sections - One section for storage and One section for the Stock Hens. Then we have the Young Bird loft - which also has 2 sections and will hold the male and female young birds which we have bred this year.
When the new Racing loft is built and finished, I will put this year's young cocks in widowhood boxes and let them sort themselves out, as to which box they will have.
When the time is right I will bring the stock birds back together and pair the 2016 birds up.
I am not really sure what I am going to do 100% yet, but I am thinking of floating the stock birds' eggs, under the race team. At least either the first round or second round.
What do you guys think about floating eggs under the race team for next year, which are the birds we have bred this year?
