Frogland race results

We have just returned from our new pigeon club, with our results from the first race we had with them.

Not sure of the full results yet - we won't know them until Wednesday -

But we were Second at least, maybe third as well.

We were only beaten by the guy that normally wins everything in this new club.

Also - word has got round that last time we raced, we beat the French National Champion, by nine minutes!

It looks like we are making a mark for Great Britain lads!

If our Phil Lofty, keeps heaping sh*te on the froggy types on race day etc there it may just finish up with pistols at 20 paces type of thing for Phil I suspect.

May be not a good suggestion Hal by me. No fingers Phil maybe it's just best if he played the running game in regards to pistols or frogs legs etc .  

Thank you very much our Aussie and Canadian buddies - My fingers are getting better slowly - slowly - BUT it is my right hand I damaged and I am a 'Lefty' so my trigger finger is perfect.

We get the Fed results tomorrow, so I can tell you then, how we fared in the big scheme of things.

Meanwhile did you guys know what the 'Brain Teaser' was?

Do not wish to be disrespectful Phil but what a crap system you have in place there with your result system etc. The Ark is how I would best sum your system up sadly, compared to those living with the latest/best way to get get a result sheet out as such.

Yes Knackered, you are absolutely right! No need to apologise for being disrespectful to the frogs, they are still living in 1960 if not 1940!

I think there are still a few members in this new club we have joined who are using T3s but the majority of us are using the Unikon system.

I do not profess to understand the Unikon system very much at all yet, but I am sure that an instant result can be printed out using the Club's main base unit.

For what it's worth, I think the average age of the people belonging to pigeon clubs around here is probably 70 if not 75.
