That's a nice size for a loft, there's lots of experienced fanciers on here if you have any questions, and every now and again there's free young birds and stock birds offered.

You've got enough room for 3 sections and a storage section for food and loft equipment, or a stock loft, depending on how your thinking on progressing.

Was thinking of maybe 4 4 1/2 x4 sections and a 3x6 storage area at one end , that would leave a 2ft corridor section at the front for a walk way . Or i could have them 41/2 ft x6ft and have sliding doors between the sections . Any ideas welcome the more the merrier

Plus there is a 10x6 next to it what houses the chickens but theres only two ov the old girls left now , so that could be possilbly used in the future aswell

i would go for 6x4 sections ...smaller sections keeps birds nice and tame easy to handle you could have sliding doors between sections and wire doors behind the front doors of the sections ...I would take your time and get the loft right its one of the most important aspects is ventilation ...I would go to the trouble of making a front door to every section atb with your endeavours

I agree with Darren take your time, draw plenty of sketches until your happy. And ventilation is a big factor in the future success of your loft.
