glad to say, Darren has managed to get tumley lofts stud involved again, in supplying our forum syndicate with two of our entries for 2018......so a big thank you to Darren for sorting that out. this leaves us with the need for two more ybs to enter, some of our members have said they don't want to breed any for the syndicate, don webb`s offer of his friends ybs still stands, and also Darren , although reluctant, has said he would supply 2 ybs off his frans zwol stock birds, he has recently obtained, if it comes to it.... so members need to decide, it doesn't have to be an instant decision, we do have a little time to decide, as long as we are paid up with mark and the form sent off. a big thank you to Jamie at tumley lofts stud too.........

that's ok john, we only had 10 members last year didn't we, this year we have 16, so 16 x £25 = £400 + £50 we won for 81st place + £35 from me because I bought the pigeon in the auction, so a total of £485 which pays for 4 entries at £110 per entry and £45 for a courier.......we are the price of a courier short so far, but we`ll get there one way or another. |

If the remaining 2 birds were to come from around the Midland's I, am sure we could shuffle them between a few members to get them to the one loft. I am happy to collect within a 20 mile radius of Worcester and being a few mile from the one loft can deliver there too. Failing that would a courier link up the 2 pick ups?

If darren doesn't want to do it for some reason, go with don then it saves all the messing about. Must admit would have liked to see darrens birds enter but I have no problem with dons mate supplying 2., they will be good birds no doubt Anyway I must have missed something, are we paying our 25 pounds ? . If so when does it have to be paid for ?..thanks ????

its up to everyone to decide its a democracy just go with what the majority want that is only fair ...I was going to enter 2 in alfies school name to give interest to the kids at school but the forum can have them but only as a last resort...I was or am hoping some other members may offer to put something in ,don't be afraid to put it out there its only a game and interest for the site the odds are against any entries ...tumley had 14 birds in the one loft through one source or another and the highest finish was our bird at 81st, I am a little disappointed at the response or offer of birds for the syndicate, atb

on a similar note, spoke to a fancier yesterday who enters one loft races all over the world, uk, Ireland, Bulgaria etc.....and does pretty well. he had been working out the percentages or how many pigeons a person entered into the rpra one loft, and how many of them flew the whole program , including the final race, he said most lost 50 - 75 % , when I told him we sent 2 birds, which went to every hot spot and the final, he said that was very , very good, and something which doesn't happen often....so this just makes me think tumley lofts did us proud.
