| Rain and freezing rain. Then all next week around -10 C. Quite a switch. Hope whatever hatches survives. Usually most do. |

| got it too easy now, I remember when I was a kid they would collect a meatal bin out of the garden, empty it in the bin waggon manually, then bring it back in for you.....now they got us sorting all the different waste out, taking it into the street and bringing it back in , if its not back in by a certain time you can get fined........not for me there stupid rules, I don't work for them, it goes in wherever theres an empty bin.
I remember reading something a while ago, it said whatever you do, sorting it into its own colour bin, most of it ends up in land fill anyway, its all about control and having us jump through hoops......... |

True David we have had the odd scandal or two here with things finding the wrong home. Twice a year we have council pick up's above normal weekly things. Started off hard & soft rubbish at first with seperate trucks. Now all into gether & we are told, a little elf type creature at the other end sorts it all out as such. Being on the rubbish thing always been fascinated by the rubbish scenario in New York "Home of Trump" For me more like a home for 20 million rats I suspect. |
