Thunder storms, fog rolling in and out, heavy rain. Two more days of same.
Ship this weekend. All or bust. Will cost quite a bit but now or never. 155 and 200 miler. Cannot train them that far for the price. Looking at $400 plus or minus. 6 clubs in the Fed newest way short. 105 miles from me. See what happens. Best on the day!

Dammed if you do Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes & dammed if you don't Hal Smile Smile I would suggest. Reasonable type day etc & 155/200 odd miles, really isn't a issue from my perspective Wink Wink as long as you have a mob of flapper tryer types as such Wink Wink.  cheers

Last weekend. Fed. Basically widowhood fliers. 1500 mpm and better. Few losses I understand. Blow home. Today yearlings only. Raced and unraced. 20 mile toss. Second this year. 5 mins behind optimal time. Weather not good. Yesterday they flew in the rain for hours. It is so wet here that grass is getting long. Tractor in the dealership for an hydraulic leak. Have 30 plus acres of grass to cut. Oh well.
Saturday calling for rain again. May be another Sunday race. Head winds. Not warm. Ideal conditions to evaluate the yearlings. Over half I am sending did not race last year. Interestingl enough the first 20 were up and flying when I let the other 10 out. I saw them merge. But on arrival back they came in groups as of release. Second group 2 minutes behind first. Interesting!
