Trump does not want to sever ties with the Saudies. Too much money involved. Canada on the other hand, wants to keep jobs in manufacturing industry. GM is closing down plants here after being bailed out moneywise years ago. So up the road in London armoured vehicles are being manufactured for the Saudis. Worth many millions. Cannot shut off trade with the Saudis as they state they are only for use in their country. Not Yemen or other conflict areas. Maybe they paint on the side "Made in Japan?" Hypocrisy! I did see one honest politician years ago. He could do no wrong. He was dead.
