  Like me O/S well trained etc it appears where heavy lifting is involved apprantely. Weather today here OK But yesterday here thou not a good day in a pigeon type sense. Sitting outside enjoying life watching my babies on the roof below & thinking to myself, life's not all that bad all things considered & out of no where a monster hen "gossie" flashed by with her claws at the ready & took one of my babies from right in front of my eyes type of thing off the roof etc & also then sending the rest into absolute panic mode & going in every direction under the sun type of thing. Hour or so later things had settled down some what to a degree But then a large branch from next doors gum tree fell on top of my loft with the wind & the panic scenario played out once again unfortunately I'm for my babies. End result 1 to the gossie & 2 to the gum tree sadly    .

sorry to hear oz always vulnerable at that age but no accounting for the gum tree scenario maybe a saw at work in the small hours would do the trick and just hope the neighbour does not notice or suspect who the culprit is cloudy here but dry

Bright but rather cold, looking round when taking Misty out all the males had crossed their legs???

Strange ole day here. Yesterday evening, well from 5 O'clock it was nice a cold. Real fresh. Good to breathe etc. Saw weather forecast last night... Going to be warm and about 12 here!
I think again the weather man has forgotten to tell the weather lol. Cold, not really 100% today... well not really 50% lol else I would be walking the lakes a few miles away at Thrapston where I was born. Home is where the heart is …. and one never ever forgets where they came from... good or bad lol.

Bright early on cloudy now.

Cloudy dry bit windy but comfortable at the loft.

Good for the time of the year, never known such a prolonged period of reasonable weather during the Winter months, just glad we do not have Hal's problems.

nice day here too ,just come in for a baked jacket and tuna with some frilly bits absolutely starving as have been on the paint brush all morning ,must crack on and make hay while the sunshines

Dry and bright here today but it didn't feel like 10 degrees more like 5 or it might just be me

Just one of those 1/100 type moment things that can go wrong at times I suggest with our birds O/S. Still did get some nice fresh gum leaves etc to make a brew, for you know who as such . Weather today, OK 25C & that bloody thing in play again on average.

A glorious day. Blue skies, no clouds to be seen and hardly a breeze … but cold, which I like.

Looking out one would think a mid summers day, sun too bright though when driving, cannot believe the weather over such a prolonged time at this time of year.

Many flowrs have started sprouting just hope they have got things right.


Scarborough well worth a visit at this time of year.
