| Galaxy - Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GalaxyRecent estimates of the number of galaxies in the observable universe range from 200 billion (7011200000000000000 2×1011) to 2 trillion (7012200000000000000 2×1012) or more, containing more stars than all the grains of sand on planet Earth. https://www.theguardian.com/science/2016/oct/13/hubble-telescope...There are a dizzying 2 trillion galaxies in the universe, up to 20 times more than previously thought, astronomers reported on Thursday. The surprising finding, based on 3D modeling of images collected over 20 years by the Hubble Space Telescope, was published in the Astronomical Journal. |

| As it is impossible to even hazard a guess at the extent of the universe it can only be speculation regarding most relative matters.
One thing is certain, there is a universe, along with everything has an origin.
You do not get anything from nothing.
Everything has been created by one means or another.
If mankind thinks he is the most developed form of life in the universe ?????.
As everything has to have been created by one means or another there must be a creator, with powers beyond our understanding.
I believe we are lucky to have been given the chance to live the life we have and it was intended to be so for ever.
But having free will we have ended up undeserving and will suffer accordingly.
Regards.

| Now singly, its impossible to count a billion. Even if you didn't sleep. Like counting you amount of heart beats. However via- in that case - count a minute, or hour then applying the multifications one comes to some logical, probable answers. |
