Interesting that David and co. Me, I'd be looking at birds on a nigh constant.
They have all proven homing ability.
Yep if a newbie I'd set up the lowest price or near according to the colours I' prefer.

12 pairs of stock all unrelated and mostly, if not all, sent via fanciers with hopes of good results being delivered.

Many, in the case, down from good stock. I always remembered the adage that many good birds flounder miserably as youngsters, but come good. Likewise the off spring in many cases.

I there is one thing I learnt regards this game is 'patience is a virtue'. Also it takes 3 years or so to get a good foundation of stock birds that 'might well' produce winning pigeons.

our 44th place bird has a bid of 40 on already ......

our 100th place bird also has a bid of 30 too .......

A long way to go but it may be a good opportunity for fanciers to obtain a very good pigeon for a relatively give away amount.

Fanciers will pay more for untried and poorer bred youngsters next year.

whatever our birds make, our syndicate get half the money .....

Been having a look some odd shaped birds on their but on the other hand some well bred ones

Yes dave Darren's two look sharp enough with good pedigrees to back them up got to Paige 20 then battery went flat will carry on in a while

yes mark, be hard pushed to get a better pedigree zwol than those 2 of darrens .

obviously someone who knows, hence the same bidder on them both ......

Interesting little scenario playing out there for what I can see David . About 9 days to go till the finish as such, but all looking good from my perspective for both our birds I would suggest .

yes knackered our birds got a bid on them within 10 mins of the auction starting .......same person bidding too, he / she must be keen

Agree long way till the hammer drops thou etc I suggest, so will just see how it all plays out by the end as such David   .

our birds are at 45 and 55 pounds now already ...........same 2 people bidding on them, must know they are well bred birds

somebody called "post" has bid on both...ybs with the pepsi x libelle pairing are very hard to find... you also have eagle boy ,little amy and tip top junior also 3 musketeer blood in the pedigree ,the best of the frans Zwols in this pair of hens

obviously he knows what bloodlines they are darren, and familiar with them ......

lets see if i can bump the bidding up a bit before the auction ends, more coinage for our syndicate ...

our 44th position bird is at 105 already, looks like a nice 50% coming back to the syndicate ..........100th place is still on 45, but nestmate to the other bird so should go up .......

just over a day to go in the rpra auction, our birds are still at £125 and £105 ...........just reset my password to log in again ........finger is on the mouse ready to bid on something
