| Think arthritis is a far more of a problem than many think.
I have it in both hands and back, if I keep my hands under any kind of confinement , laying on them etc; it can take a couple of days for the cramp to go away.
No good talking to the doctor, last time I mentoned it all the doctor said was " Oh thats arthritis" no mention of what I could do about it other than take pain killers.
Have seen Bsy Leaf Formeric advertised as a help and another advert where the lady in question said she had used a product that cured hers after many years of suffeing, do not beieve it or the manufacuterers would be billionairs over night.
But if mine gets any worse I may have a real look around and try one or too of the products advertised.
Hope you find some relief oldstrain know the feeling.
Regards.

| One of the problems is with any medication there are side effects wth regards to most and you have to be careful that any unprescribed ones do not conflict with others you may be taking.
I take eye drops and they affect my breathing but control the glucoma and my eyesight is more important than a difficulty in breathing.
I take leveroxine for thyroid and stopped taking all the others.
Too many other side effects.
Difficult at times to know what to do for the best.
Regards.

| luckily this is a natural product i am using on the back of other reports and on reading it does seem safe and luckily i dont take any other meds apart from a tumeric/black pepper tablet twice daily which is also natural ...but indeed many medications lead to others to combat side effects i would imagine you need to be careful around iodine for instance with your thyroid. |

| Voltarol Emulgel POM I go through tubes of the stuff on repeat prescription. Get your doc to put it on repeat with any other meds if you're on any, I pay £10 a month and get unlimited prescriptions |

| Looks a good proposition if the side effects listed do not apply to your condition.

| yes diclofenac is the pain reliever in the stuff, i tried all sorts as I have carpal tunnel problems and just trying to delay inevitable surgery at the moment, it helps me but like you say oz may not suit everybody. Strangely the diclofenac could kill bops if they accidently ingest some, so wash your birds necks if you even happen to get some on by mistake.......... |

| Read in one of my wifes weeklies that honey is better than any anti biotics.
Do not know if it can have any benifit for our arthritis problems but have been taking a good amount at breakfast on toast or on porridge since reading it a couple of weeks ago and I do feel a bit better and will keep doing so.
Regards. |
